FAQs.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM for Motels and Cabins and 4:00 PM for Houses. Check-out is at 11:00 AM for all properties. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
We welcome pets with a pet fee to help with additional cleaning. There is a $25 pet fee (per pet) for motel rooms and cabins and a $50 pet fee (per pet) for houses. This fee is used to help cover additional labor required to clean and sanitize our properties.
Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival date.
75% refund for cancellations between 14-29 days before arrival date.
50% refund for cancellations between 7-13 days before arrival date.
25% refund for cancellations between 3-6 days before arrival date.
No refund for cancellations between 0-2 days before arrival date.
We provide fresh bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and a coffee maker, a mini-fridge, and a microwave in most units. Larger properties may also include fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, and additional comforts.
